Welcome to the Klarić – Hrvatin accommodation

House rules

  1. On the day of arrival, you can enter the accommodation after 2:00 PM, and on the day of departure, you can leave by 10:00 AM at the latest.
  2. You should scan your ID or passport and send it to the host when making a reservation or at the latest when entering the accommodation to register with the Tourist Office.
  3. Please do not make noise from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and especially from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
  4. Pets are not allowed.
  5. Smoking is not allowed.
  6. Guests are required to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms. The owner is not responsible for any loss of them.
  7. Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and the surrounding area, and in case of accidents, they are responsible for the consequences. Additional facilities of the facility are not under supervision and everyone uses them at their own risk.
  8. The number of guests in the accommodation must not exceed the maximum permitted number of people. The host has the right to refuse to accept additional guests in the accommodation or to charge for their additional stay.
  9. You will receive the key or code for collecting the key to the building and accommodation on the day of arrival. Loss of the key will be charged 30.00 EUR.
  10. Please close the entrance door of the accommodation while you are in the facility and outside the facility. When leaving the facility, be sure to lock the doors and close the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stove, etc.) and turn off the water.
  11. The owner of the facility has the right, in the absence of the guest, to enter the accommodation in order to plan for possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about entering the accommodation at the first subsequent contact.
  12. It is prohibited to destroy furniture and equipment in the accommodation and to cause disorder and disturb other guests. If the installation, furniture, appliances or other equipment of the accommodation is missing or damaged due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to inform the host and compensate for the equivalent value of the damage caused.
  13. It is forbidden to take devices and equipment out of the accommodation (towels, blankets, etc.).
  14. It is not allowed to bring weapons, explosive and easily flammable materials into the accommodation.
  15. The use of equipment and devices that are not an integral part of the accommodation is allowed only with the consent of the host.
  16. There is first aid in the apartments.

Before leaving:

All appliances must be cleaned and turned off.

  1. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
  2. Garbage should be thrown in the designated bins, recycle.
  3. Save energy and water.
  4. The furniture should be in the same position as it was when you received it.

In case of non-compliance with these house rules, the host has the right to cancel the further provision of services to the guest.

You can communicate your remarks, wishes and compliments to the host, who is at your disposal during your entire stay in the accommodation.

Primite najsrdačniju dobrodošlicu u smještaje Klarić – Hrvatin

Kućni red

  1. Na dan dolaska, u smještaj možete ući nakon 14:00 h, a na dan odlaska izići najkasnije do 10:00 h.
  2. Vašu osobnu iskaznicu ili putovnicu trebate skenirati i poslati prilikom rezervacije domaćinu ili najkasnije prilikom ulaska u smještaj radi prijave Turističkom uredu.
  3. Molimo Vas da ne stvarate buku od 14:00h – 17:00h, a posebice u razdoblju od 22:00h – 8:00h.
  4. Kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni.
  5. Pušenje nije dozvoljeno.
  6. Gosti su dužni samostalno brinuti za svoje stvari i vrijednosti ostavljene u apartmanima/sobama. Vlasnik ne odgovara za eventualni nestanak istih.
  7. Gosti su odgovorni za svoje ponašanje u kući i okolici, te u slučaju nezgode sami odgovaraju za posljedice. Dodatni sadržaji objekta nisu pod nadzorom i gosti ih koriste na vlastitu odgovornost.
  8. Broj gostiju u smještaju ne smije prelaziti maksimalni dozvoljeni broj osoba. Domaćin ima pravo odbiti primiti dodatne goste u smještaj ili naplatiti dodatno boravak istih.
  9. Ključ ili šifru za preuzimanje ključa od zgrade i smještaja dobivate na dan dolaska. Gubitak ključa naplaćuje se 30,00 eur.
  10. Molimo vas zatvarajte ulazna vrata smještaja dok ste u objektu i izvan objekta. Prilikom izlaska iz objekta obvezno zaključajte vrata i zatvorite prozore, isključite rasvjetu i sve električne uređaje (TV, klima, štednjak…) te zatvorite vodu.
  11. Vlasnik objekta ima pravo, u odsudnosti gosta, ući u smještaj radi sprječavanja nastanka moguće štete ili opasnosti. O ulasku u smještaj vlasnik je dužan obavijestiti gosta pri prvom sljedećem kontaktu.
  12. Zabranjeno je uništavanje namještaja i opreme u smještaju te izazivanje nereda i ometanje drugih gostiju. Ukoliko krivnjom gosta dođe do nestanka ili oštećenja instalacija, namještaja, uređaja ili druge opreme smještaja, gost je dužan obavijestiti domaćina i nadoknaditi protuvrijednost učinjene štete.
  13. Zabranjeno je iznošenje uređaja i opreme iz smještaja (ručnici, pokrivači…).
  14. Nije dozvoljeno unošenje oružja, eksplozivnih i lako zapaljivih materijala u smještaj.
  15. Korištenje opreme i uređaja koji nisu sastavni dio smještaja dozvoljeno je samo uz suglasnost domaćina.
  16. U apartmanima se nalazi prva pomoć.

Prije odlaska:

  1. Svi aparati moraju biti očišćeni i ugašeni.
  2. Molimo da smještaj ostavite čist i uredan.
  3. Smeće treba biti bačeno u za to predviđene kante, reciklirajte.
  4. Štedite energiju i vodu.
  5. Namještaj treba stajati onako kako vas je i dočekao.

U slučaju ne pridržavanja ovog kućnog reda, domaćin ima pravo otkazati gostu daljnje pružanje usluga.

Svoje primjedbe, želje i pohvale možete priopćiti domaćinu koji vam stoji na raspolaganju za vrijeme cijelog vašeg boravka u smještaju.

Regole della casa

  1. Il giorno dell’arrivo potrete entrare nell’alloggio a partire dalle ore 14:00, mentre il giorno della partenza potrete liberarlo entro e non oltre le ore 10:00.
  2. È necessario scansionare la carta d’identità o il passaporto e inviarlo all’ospite al momento della prenotazione o al più tardi al momento dell’ingresso nell’alloggio per la registrazione presso l’Ufficio del Turismo.
  3. Si prega di non fare rumore tra le 14:00 e le 17:00 e in particolar modo tra le 22:00 e le 8:00.
  4. Gli animali non sono ammessi.
  5. Vietato fumare.
  6. Gli ospiti sono tenuti a prendersi cura dei propri effetti personali e degli oggetti di valore lasciati negli appartamenti/camere. Il proprietario non è responsabile di eventuali smarrimenti.
  7. Gli ospiti sono responsabili del loro comportamento nella casa e nei suoi dintorni e, in caso di incidenti, sono tenuti a rispondere delle conseguenze. Le strutture aggiuntive della struttura non sono sorvegliate e chiunque le utilizza a proprio rischio e pericolo.
  8. Il numero di ospiti nell’alloggio non deve superare il numero massimo consentito di persone. L’ospitante ha il diritto di rifiutare di accettare ospiti aggiuntivi nella sistemazione o di addebitare loro il costo del soggiorno aggiuntivo.
  9. Riceverete la chiave o il codice per ritirare la chiave dell’edificio e dell’alloggio il giorno dell’arrivo. In caso di smarrimento della chiave verranno addebitati 30,00 EUR.
  10. Si prega di chiudere la porta d’ingresso della struttura quando si entra o si esce. Quando uscite dall’edificio, assicuratevi di chiudere le porte e le finestre, di spegnere le luci e tutti gli elettrodomestici (TV, aria condizionata, fornello, ecc.) e di chiudere l’acqua.
  11. Il proprietario ha il diritto, in assenza dell’ospite, di entrare nell’alloggio per predisporre eventuali danni o pericoli. Il proprietario è tenuto a informare l’ospite dell’ingresso nell’alloggio al primo contatto successivo.
  12. È vietato distruggere mobili e attrezzature presenti nell’alloggio, nonché causare disordine e disturbare gli altri ospiti. Se l’ospite è responsabile della perdita o del danneggiamento di installazioni, mobili, elettrodomestici o altre dotazioni dell’alloggio, l’ospite è tenuto a informare l’ospitante e a risarcire il valore equivalente del danno causato.
  13. È vietato asportare dispositivi e attrezzature dall’alloggio (asciugamani, coperte, ecc.).
  14. Non è consentito introdurre armi, esplosivi e materiali infiammabili all’interno dell’alloggio.
  15. L’uso di attrezzature e dispositivi non facenti parte dell’alloggio è consentito solo con il consenso dell’ospitante.
  16. Negli appartamenti è presente un kit di pronto soccorso.

Prima di partire:

  1. Tutti gli elettrodomestici devono essere puliti e spenti.
  2. Si prega di lasciare l’alloggio pulito e in ordine.
  3. I rifiuti devono essere gettati negli appositi contenitori e riciclati.
  4. Risparmia energia e acqua.
  5. I mobili devono essere lasciati nello stato in cui si trovavano al vostro arrivo.

In caso di inosservanza del presente regolamento interno, l’ospitante ha il diritto di annullare ulteriori servizi all’ospite.

Potete comunicare i vostri commenti, desideri e complimenti all’host, che sarà a vostra disposizione per tutta la durata del vostro soggiorno nella struttura.

Herzlich willkommen in der Unterkunft Klarić – Hrvatin

Hausregeln

  1. Am Anreisetag können Sie die Unterkunft ab 14:00 Uhr beziehen und am Abreisetag bis spätestens 10:00 Uhr verlassen.
  2. Ihren Personalausweis bzw. Reisepass sollten Sie einscannen und bei der Reservierung bzw. spätestens beim Betreten der Unterkunft dem Gastgeber zur Anmeldung im Tourismusverband zukommen lassen.
  3. Bitte vermeiden Sie zwischen 14:00 und 17:00 Uhr und insbesondere zwischen 22:00 und 8:00 Uhr Lärm.
  4. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
  5. Rauchen ist verboten.
  6. Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, auf ihre in den Apartments/Zimmern zurückgelassenen Wertgegenstände und Wertgegenstände sorgfältig zu achten. Für den eventuellen Verlust dieser Daten haftet der Eigentümer nicht.
  7. Die Gäste sind für ihr Verhalten im Haus und seiner Umgebung verantwortlich und haften im Falle von Unfällen für die Folgen. Weitere Einrichtungen der Anlage unterliegen keiner Aufsicht und die Nutzung erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
  8. Die Anzahl der Gäste in der Unterkunft darf die maximal zulässige Personenzahl nicht überschreiten. Der Gastgeber hat das Recht, die Aufnahme zusätzlicher Gäste in die Unterkunft zu verweigern oder deren zusätzlichen Aufenthalt in Rechnung zu stellen.
  9. Den Schlüssel bzw. Code zur Schlüsselübergabe für das Gebäude und die Unterkunft erhalten Sie am Anreisetag. Bei Verlust des Schlüssels werden Ihnen 30,00 EUR in Rechnung gestellt.
  10. Bitte schließen Sie beim Betreten und Verlassen der Anlage die Eingangstür der Unterkunft. Achten Sie beim Verlassen des Gebäudes darauf, die Türen abzuschließen und die Fenster zu schließen, das Licht und alle Elektrogeräte (Fernseher, Klimaanlage, Herd usw.) auszuschalten sowie das Wasser abzustellen.
  11. Der Vermieter hat das Recht, auch in Abwesenheit des Gastes die Unterkunft zu betreten um mögliche Schäden oder Gefahren festzustellen. Der Eigentümer ist verpflichtet, den Gast bei der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über den Zutritt zur Unterkunft zu informieren.
  12. Es ist verboten, Möbel und Geräte in der Unterkunft zu zerstören, sowie Unruhe zu stiften und andere Gäste zu stören. Sofern ein Verlust oder eine Beschädigung von Installationen, Möbeln, Geräten oder sonstiger Ausstattung der Unterkunft durch das Verschulden des Gastes bedingt ist, ist dieser verpflichtet, den Gastgeber darüber zu informieren und den Gegenwert des entstandenen Schadens zu ersetzen.
  13. Das Mitnehmen von Geräten und Ausstattungen (Handtücher, Decken etc.) aus der Unterkunft ist untersagt.
  14. Das Mitbringen von Waffen, Sprengstoffen und brennbaren Stoffen in die Unterkunft ist nicht gestattet.
  15. Die Nutzung von Einrichtungen und Geräten, die nicht zum Mietobjekt gehören, ist nur mit Zustimmung des Gastgebers gestattet.
  16. In den Apartments befindet sich ein Erste-Hilfe-Kasten.

Vor der Abreise:

  1. Alle Geräte müssen gereinigt und ausgeschaltet sein.
  2. Bitte hinterlassen Sie die Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich.
  3. Müll sollte in die dafür vorgesehenen Behälter geworfen und recycelt werden.
  4. Sparen Sie Energie und Wasser.
  5. Die Möbel sollten in dem Zustand hinterlassen werden, in dem Sie vorgefunden haben.

Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Hausordnung ist der Gastgeber berechtigt, dem Gast weitere Leistungen zu verweigern.

Sie können dem Gastgeber, der Ihnen während Ihres gesamten Aufenthaltes in der Unterkunft zur Verfügung steht, Ihre Kommentare, Wünsche und Komplimente mitteilen.

Hišni red

  1. Na dan prihoda lahko v nastanitev vstopite po 14.00 uri, na dan odhoda pa najkasneje do 10.00 ure.
  2. Osebno izkaznico ali potni list skenirajte in pošljite gostitelju ob rezervaciji ali najkasneje ob vstopu v nastanitev za prijavo v Turistični urad.
  3. Prosimo, da ne povzročate hrupa med 14.00 in 17.00, še posebej pa med 22.00 in 8.00.
  4. Hišni ljubljenčki niso dovoljeni.
  5. Kajenje ni dovoljeno.
  6. Gostje so dolžni poskrbeti za svoje stvari in dragocenosti, ki jih pustijo v apartmaju/sobi. Lastnik ne odgovarja za morebitno izgubo le-teh.
  7. Gostje so odgovorni za svoje obnašanje v hiši in njeni okolici, v primeru nesreče pa so odgovorni za posledice. Dodatni objekti objekta niso pod nadzorom in jih vsak uporablja na lastno odgovornost.
  8. Število gostov v namestitvi ne sme presegati največjega dovoljenega števila oseb. Lastnik ima pravico zavrniti sprejem dodatnih gostov v namestitev ali zaračunati njihovo dodatno bivanje.
  9. Ključ ali kodo za prevzem ključa od objekta in namestitve prejmete na dan prihoda. Izguba ključa se zaračuna 30,00 EUR.
  10. Prosimo, da med vstopom in izstopom iz objekta zaprete vhodna vrata nastanitve. Ko zapuščate objekt, obvezno zaklenite vrata in zaprite okna, ugasnite luči in vse električne naprave (TV, klimatsko napravo, štedilnik …) ter zaprite vodo.
  11. Lastnik nepremičnine ima pravico v odsotnosti gosta vstopiti v nastanitev zaradi načrtovanja morebitne škode ali nevarnosti. Lastnik je dolžan gosta obvestiti o vstopu v namestitev ob prvem naslednjem kontaktu.
  12. Prepovedano je uničevanje pohištva in opreme v namestitvi, kakor tudi povzročanje nereda in motenje drugih gostov. Če je gost kriv za izgubo ali poškodbo inštalacij, pohištva, aparatov ali druge nastanitvene opreme, je gost dolžan o tem obvestiti gostitelja in povrniti povzročeno škodo v enaki vrednosti.
  13. Iz namestitve je prepovedano odnašati naprave in opremo (brisače, odeje ipd.).
  14. V nastanitev ni dovoljeno vnašati orožja, razstreliva in vnetljivih snovi.
  15. Uporaba opreme in naprav, ki niso del nastanitve, je dovoljena samo s soglasjem gostitelja.
  16. V apartmajih je komplet prve pomoči.

Pred odhodom:

  1. Vse naprave morajo biti očiščene in izklopljene.
  2. Prosimo, da bivališče pustite čisto in urejeno.
  3. Smeti odvrzite v za to namenjene zabojnike, reciklirajte.
  4. Varčujte z energijo in vodo.
  5. Pohištvo naj ostane tako, kot je bilo ob vašem prihodu.

V primeru neupoštevanja tega hišnega reda ima gostitelj pravico do odpovedi nadaljnjih storitev gostu.

Svoje pripombe, želje in pohvale lahko sporočite gostitelju, ki vam je na voljo ves čas vašega bivanja v namestitvi.
